Important Performance Disclosure

The investment performance for Mach 100 LP (the “Fund”) is actual performance. However, the investment performance is subject to annual audit for each year of performance. Performance information from April 2018 to the present represents the actual returns of the Fund (this information is presented for the Fund as a whole – individual investors in the Fund may have different investment returns due to the timing of subscriptions and withdrawals); and prior to that date, if there are other performance information presented, then it is the hypothetical performance of the Fund based on an investment with the relevant investment advisors as of the relevant dates in an allocation that matches the current allocation for the relevant investment model. There can be no assurance that had the Fund been offered during the period shown above; an investor’s investment returns would have been as shown due to the possibility that the allocations during the period may not have matched the allocations as of the date of this presentation. Hypothetical investment returns have the benefit of hindsight in that the returns are being presented after the fact and the allocations could be slanted to provide the best performance possible. Hypothetical results have certain inherent limitations, the most important of which is that past results give no assurance of future profits. While the investment performance for Mach 100 LP (the “Fund”) is actual performance and although Mercadyne Funds and its affiliates have spent significant time on research to create a concentrated, multi-strategy portfolio with low correlation to traditional asset classes, there are no assurances the Fund will continue to be successful in the future. The performance results for the Fund presented reflect the reinvestment of interest, dividends and capital gains.

The indices herein are not intended as direct comparisons to the performance of the Fund. Instead, they are intended to represent the performance of certain trading markets, exchanges, capitalization tiers, sectors, countries or asset classes of the overall securities markets. The Russell Microcap Index is a widely used measure of microcapitalization equity performance. The NASDAQ Composite is utilized to reflect the performance of securities traded on the NASDAQ. The S&P 500 Index is a widely used measure of performance of 500 large capitalization companies who possess common stock listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ. The indices reflect the reinvestment of dividends and income. Indices are generally unmanaged and are not available for direct investments.

A prospective investor’s decision to invest must be based solely on the information set forth in the Fund’s Confidential Private Placement Memorandum (the “Memorandum”). No one should consider investing in the Fund who is not, either alone or together with such investor’s financial advisers, financially sophisticated and capable or evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in a private investment vehicle like the Fund. All prospective investors must meet the investor suitability requirements described in the Memorandum in order to invest in the Fund.

The information in this presentation does not constitute an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, an interest in the Fund. Such an offer may only be made by delivery of the Memorandum which contains a more detailed description of all the material terms of such an investment, including a discussion of certain specific risk factors and other matters relevant to any prospective investor. Before making such an investment, all prospective investors are referred to the Memorandum, which will be sent to them upon request.
